Printing is a way to identify the personality characteristics of people which gives insights into their motivations and behaviours . It was developed by Paul Hertz Group in 1998 (http://printstrategies.com/index.html) and has been widely used since.
It groups personalities into nine basic categories, called Major Prints; which all have a corresponding Minor Print. Together they give you a great insight into the ways you think, feel, behave, your strengths and your potential weaknesses.
As with any assessment it’s designed to increase awareness not to box people. Being “Printed” will allow you to understand:
- your subconscious motivator
- your empowering behaviours (your strengths)
- your weaknesses or “shadow” behaviours
- your strategies in satisfying your subconscious motivator
By knowing the PRINT of your team members or your partner it can allow you to understand why they behave differently or why sometimes it looks like you don’t understand each other.
You can do your PRINT online which takes about 20 minutes. The report will be sent to an accredited coach who will do a debrief with you and help you fully understand your report and what it means for you.
