Graduate coaching at Lloydstsb
Career Directions and Leadership Development programmes seem to be winning the day. A lot of people when they are about to finish the graduate scheme go through a difficult time of trying to make the best decision about their next career move. I remember how difficult it was for me to decide which consulting group to join at the end of my graduate scheme with Ernst & Young. Most people end up joining a team of people they like with little consideration about what they’re strengths are or what they enjoy doing. This is such an important time for a young professional and I am delighted to be in a position to support them. We’re very creative about the whole process and although it’s very intense it helps my clients to focus and with a mixture of phone coaching and workshop sessions we end up having a great time!
As for the Leadership Development it’s exciting to work with such brilliant group of people, high achievers who’re able and willing to learn about themselves and address the beliefs that are stopping them be the best they can be. It’s a great to think that we’re helping future leaders identify and address the very things that would undoubtedly slow down their progress (in personal or professional way) at the stage when they find it easier to change and before the “this is just the way I am” stage kicks in.
