Mentor/Mentee needs analysis and toolkit development
A great majority of internal mentors/coaches are keen to provide the best support they can to their mentees/coachees. However, they often lack clarity around the needs and challenges faced by those they’re trying to support (e.g. senior managers mentoring new entrants). Working with mentors and mentees, we develop creative and pragmatic toolkits to help mentors provide the best support possible.
Inductions and further skills development
We design and deliver bespoke mentoring inductions as well as mentor/coach skill training in order to give those who work with your best talent the confidence and support they need to do a great job.
