Objective:

To help understand and change behaviours that are limiting the impact and effectiveness of your performance through bespoke one-to-one coaching.

Description:

Mobilise: This is about building awareness of yourself and gaining an insight into how others perceive you. We use Emotional Intelligence self assessment & 360° tool and interviews with your manager, sponsor and a peer/colleague.

Engage: After the initial 2 hours, face to face session to review and understand the outputs from the first phase you decide which area of your development you want to focus on and you share it with your manager and your sponsor in order to gain their support through the process. We agree a time table for additional 6 coaching sessions and start coaching!

Evaluate: Evaluation happens throughout the programme with a “wrap up” meeting at the end involving yourself, programme manager and your coach. The purpose is to review achievements and agree next steps.
