| CLEAR model

This is a great model and I love using it with people who’re new to coaching because it has a specific step that focuses on contracting and listening, two coaching competencies as set by the International Coach Federation . Listening is the hardest and most useful skill for any coach/mentor to master and this model makes it a MUST step. CLEAR stands for Contract, Listen, Explore, Action, Review. |
